Service Levels What are RENTNET® Online Brochures? Quite simply, they are customizable online advertisements enabling property management professionals to showcase the features and benefits of their community to a broad audience of prospective renters. Each Online Brochure contains basic community or property information (name, address, phone), starting rent, unit types, photo, floor plans, features, amenities, and more. Also included is a unique toll-free number and interactive inquiry form that allows prospective renters to contact you directly from your Online Brochure. When a prospective renter uses the toll-free number or inquiry form to contact you, you'll receive a Call Confirmation or Hot Lead inquiry that is immediately delivered to your community via phone, email, or fax.
